M&A Professional Consulting Ltd was founded by Azjargal Batchuluun, the first Mongolian person to open a legal services firm in the UK. The firm brings together immigration advice, education and SEND consulting, HR, employment law, and Mongolian translation, giving clients joined-up advice instead of having to go to several different providers.

Michael Manktelow 

Director, IAA-Regulated Immigration Adviser & Education/SEND Consultant
Michael co-leads M&A Professional Consulting Ltd, directing regulated immigration casework from Life in the UK preparation through to Home Office applications to strict compliance, safeguarding, and GDPR standards. He also leads the firm's Education & SEND consulting, drawing on more than a decade of experience in SEN and EAL specialism, including EHCP processes, inclusive-education frameworks, and university application support.

Azjargal "Azza" Batchuluun 

Director, HR & Employment Law Consultant, Mongolian Translation
Azjargal leads the firm's employment law and HR consultancy, with over ten years resolving complex, high-stakes disputes across the UK and Asia from grievance and disciplinary cases through to employment tribunal preparation and settlement negotiation. She also provides Mongolian translation services.
 She is also the author of Arrow of the Steppe: Where Loyalty Became Legend.
